The delightful red and turquoise food truck is outfitted with a wood burning oven and they cook the bread and grill the meat by fire, just as it's done in the old country. Experience includes: 2-hour food truck event, 3 signature menu items (see attached photo), dedicated service staff, disposable plates and utensils. Max 60 guests.
