Enjoy interacting with talented local chef Carl Hazel while he prepares an exquisite menu. He will create a custom menu that is curated based on your tastes, the seasonality of ingredients and event type. Typical menus (see attached) range from 5-6 courses and are customizable. Perfect for any celebration or just to enjoy a delightful culinary experience with friends and family. While booking, you'll have the option to add on a themed tablescape via Something Bleau.

The whole experience was wonderful - Carl was super responsive throughout the menu planning process and on the day of the dinner. He was thoughtful of the group’s dietary restrictions, and built a beautiful (and delicious) meal for us!
